Because all programs, teachings, videos, PDFs, downloads, and digital materials are delivered immediately upon enrollment, all purchases are considered final.

Immediate Access to Digital Content

Upon successful payment, access to the course environment and digital resources is granted immediately.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You receive immediate access to the digital teachings.
  • Digital materials are considered consumed once access has been granted.
  • Access cannot be returned in the same manner as a physical product.
  • All sales are therefore final.

No Refunds

Due to the instant and irrevocable delivery of digital content, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or partial refunds are provided.

  • Payment plans

Failure to complete a payment plan does not cancel the original purchase obligation.

I expressly request and consent to the immediate commencement of the digital service and immediate access to the course environment and all accompanying materials.

I acknowledge and understand that, because performance begins immediately and access to the digital content is provided without delay, I waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply under consumer protection laws relating to distance purchases of digital content.

I understand that once access has been granted and the course environment has been entered, the teachings are deemed to have been supplied and consumed. Accordingly, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

I further acknowledge that these teachings are intended solely for educational and personal development purposes. No guarantee of specific results, outcomes, or experiences is made or implied.
