Our Parent Tradition

The Pharaoh Within™ is an educational initiative of The Mystery School of Tehuti, from which it draws its inspiration and foundation.

The Mystery School of Tehuti is devoted to the study, preservation, and contemporary presentation of the sacred teachings, cosmology, and initiatory wisdom of Ancient Egypt.

Its purpose is not to recreate the past, but to serve as a living bridge through which timeless principles may continue to illuminate the present.

Through books, courses, writings, and contemplative practices, the Mystery School of Tehuti seeks to honour the enduring legacy of the Egyptian temple traditions with reverence, integrity, and respect.

Founded by Michael Cloke

The Pharaoh Within™ was founded by Michael Cloke, founder of the Mystery School of Tehuti.

For many years, his work has been devoted to the exploration of consciousness, spirituality, and the perennial wisdom traditions. This journey ultimately led to a deep immersion in the sacred teachings and symbolic sciences of Ancient Egypt, and to the creation of the Mystery School of Tehuti.

The Pharaoh Within™ represents the culmination of that continuing work and the desire to present Ancient Egypt’s understanding of the human being in a form that speaks meaningfully to the needs of the modern world.
